1994 was a remarkable vintage in the Hunter considering the bushfires. This Semillon is showing off all of its traditional traits. The colour has a trace of green endeavoring to turn gold;it has a full and rich palate with a clean, fresh acid character. This is ideal to have with seafood and will have you singing along with the mermaids.
