This Chardonnay is surprising as it was produced from a wet and difficult vintage, shows the true worth of sound viticulture practice and exceptional winemaking skills.

This full flavoured and delicate wine has been in oak for ten months, yet the oak is restrained on the palate allowing some of the many true Chardonnay characteristics to shine through.

Currently the majority flavour is pineapple with just a hint of melon and is a medium weight fruity style that makes easy drinking.
