1995 was a dry, hot summer – there has been some debate over the quality of white wines from the Hunter but so what! Look what this Estate achieved.  The 1995 Chardonnay with nurtured cellaring is now a rich, luscious and powerful wine.  It has been oak matured for ten months; although it gives the illusion that it hasn’t been oaked, as it displays a great deal of noble strength, and character with intense fruit flavours.
